Default Gordons Sports Supply (Eagle, Pa Chester County)

So my dentist informed me that there's a nice little gunshop right around the corner from the office, it's called Gordons Sports Supply. That was about 6 months ago, so today I finally go to check it out(they were allready closed last time) and it's definately a sleeper store, mainly new/used long guns, and a nice but small assorment of new/used handguns.

Now I like alot of selection, but this guy had a little something for everybody, a good used Ruger GP100 for $350, a 6" Smith in ,45LC, some new XD's, a Smith M&P and some older .22s. But what really caught my eye was a Colt mk IV Series 80 Mustang +2, I've been looking around for one of these for a while and could only find them online for around $600, but here was one right in my backyard for $499. Needless to say I just finsihed cleaning it and am about to start looking around for a good pocket holster.

The owner is a very nice Guy, I saw the pistol today around 2pm and told him I'd be in tomorrow, however I didn't want to let it slip away so I called him at 5 minutes to close and asked if he'd stay open a bit late so I could claim my new addition, he gladly agreed and stayed a little later than planned to BS with me and the Missus for a bit.

The store looks mainly like a fishing and paintball store but as previously stated he had a well rounded selection that I found pleasing, I can honestly say I'll be keeping an eye on this store when ever possible. They also sell on Guns America and seem to have outstanding feedback there also (not surprised)

Thier website with contact info and address is:

Wow, thanks for the tip. I've been by the place a ton of times but never stopped in thinking that it was primarily a fishing shop. Next time I'm down that way I'll definitely have to stop in

I grew up 2 mi. down the road from this shop and have frequented it many many times. I can vouch that it is run by good honest people and they have been known to deal a bit as long as you don't insult them with a lowball. If any members who are not with in easy driving distance see something on GunsAmerica that you'd like me to check out in person I will certainly try to do that for you. I still live only 10 mins away.

The last time I was in they had a really nice JLD PTR-91 .308 with a four-sided picatinny handguard and (I think, but I'm not sure) a telescoping stock for under $1000. Not bad.
