I vowed never to buy from them after a bad experience.

Others love them.

ShawnL.

I ordered 2 K Wolf .223 at X dollars.

I got confirmation of order via email.

A little more than a week later, I got snail mail stating that the price increased $40 per K.

I called and was told that to process the order I would have to pony up an additional $80. I asked to talk to a supervisor, informed him that I had received a confirmation of order via email and expected to have the order shipped at the confirmed price.

Supervisor said it couldn't be done, offered me first a ten dollar discount then a $25 discount if I agreed to the new price.

I informed the super that if I was being offered discounts, why not just ship at the previously confirmed price, I would inform the entire shooting community websites I visit that they were a stand up company and the PR itself would be very positive for them.

I was once again told it couldn't be done.

I asked to be removed from their mailing list and email list, told them they would probably lose more money in lost sales even just by me and I would be sure to pass the experience on to anyone willing to listen.

I understand price increases happen and happen quickly. Don't confirm the order and come back essentially cancelling the order to get more cash. I received no email notification of price increase.

Maybe not major to many but enough to put me off.

No, you are right, that sucks.
I have 1k of wolf on backorder from them, I called (cause there have been price increases) and they told me that they would promise me the price I backordered at. Guess we will see what happens cause its not due till june and the price will certainly change by then, but the itme I backordered is no longer listed on their site. Prob so no one else can backorder it. They did send me a price confermation by snail mail.
