Default Dave's Guns in Reading?

Hey, I just called him the other day and he told me the the government came in and took all his guns and ammo. Just wondering if anyone else heard about this or what actually happened? Thanks, -Eric-

I was planning on checking him out as he is right in my neighborhood. I'll keep an eye out in the Reading newspaper and ask around but this is the first I've really heard anything about the shop.

I found him when I was looking for area dealers but thats about as far as I've gotten.

I've tried to find his shop before, but there aren't any signs posted on Arlington st.

I drove down the other day and I still have no idea where the place is anyway.

I stopped in there one day to browse around.. I told him (donno if it was a clerk for the owner) that I was looking into buying my first pistol, and after that he kinda started being rude and dismissive

I know Dave for quite a few years. I used to buy all of my guns and ammo from him. The last time I talked to him he was having some severe family and personal problems and I think that it all just caught up with him and effected his business. My last conversation with him didn't make a whole lot of sense. I always liked the personal atmosphere at his shop, it's a real shame what happened. I hope that someday he'll pull through and get things back together, but I'm not keeping my fingers crossed!!

The owner has very serious health problems and had some legal difficulties.
Doubt it will ever be open again.
