State College is pretty much a desert when it comes to gun shops. I know there is a shop in Bellefonte which is about 20 minutes away from SC (I think it's called J&E guns), but i've never been there and know nothing of their hours.

There's a shop in downtown Lewistown (1/2 hour away) but it's closed on Sundays. You're best bet is to travel 45 minutes northwest to Clearfield and check out Bob's Army-Navy and Grice Gun Shop.

J&E is open 3-7 Tues-Friday, and 9-2 on Saturday. They aren't a huge shop, but usually have some nice goodies and can order most anything.

There is also Noll's in Spring Mills, but I forget his hours (not Sundays).

Bob's is a nice place, they have a good selection there. Also near there is Guns R Us and Belding & Mull on the way to Clearfield.

^^ NiCE!!

Grice's in Clearfield is the closest place that is open on Sundae (see what I did here?), BUT after Labor day. Some of the smaller shops in the area will work with you to do a transfer or something, but not to just stop in and shop around.

How about Miller's in Mill Hall? I don't think they're open Sundays, but I'm not certain.

I do most of my business with J&E though. Good folks, even if the one guy in convinced that PA isn't an OC state.
