Hey Firebird350, I went to the gun show and it was good. I saw two really nice rifles.... A Ruger mini 14 for $699, and a Marlin lever .45colt for $450 and passed on both of them. Kicked myself in the ass later for not buying them, what was I thinking...??? Anyway it was a good time and I will be going again when they have it. I'm up in Haven behind Lehigh Valley Dairy on the hill. Me and my son go shooting every weekend and are always looking for new places to shoot. Where are you and where do you shoot, and how did you like the show?

I saw some nice stuff too down there, but I wasn't really looking for another gun at the moment. I ended up getting a 10rd mag for my Saiga 12. It's always a fun time though, I'll be going too, next time they have it. I'm only a few minutes away from you! I'm in Orwigsburg on Lincoln Avenue, the road with the Post Office. Most of the time when I shoot, I end up at a friend's house. 2 of my best friends also shoot, and they live out in New Ringgold and have a little more land to shoot on. Otherwise, I go up to the Burma every once in a while. How about you?

Burma mostly but i'm waiting on a membership from the Tulphocken gun club out on 443. Hopefully within the next month I can start shooting there. Do you know of any good gun clubs in the area to shoot at?

Welcome to the area Don!

And I don't really know of a whole lot of clubs. One of my buddies shoots out at Tulpy though. He's been a member there for a while.

Mark from Orwigsburg here. I've spent a lot of time on the forums reading up on topics, but finally registered to post.

Good to hear from you guys - I will definately look into the club on 443. For the moment, I head to the other side of Hawk Mountain and there is a nice, but small (5 bench), 100 yd range on state game land.
