Hopefully I'll get it out by the end of the week. I'm anxious to see how she prints with Sierra 190 Gr. Matchkings. We'll back it off to 500 yards for starters, then go from there. Bill T.

I'm having high hopes for this rifle. I went with a Bushnell 3200 Elite Tactical 5-15X because I've had such good luck with them in the past. This is the fifth one I've mounted. Three others are on Savages, a 10-FP and a 12-F/TR, both in .308, and a 110 FCP-K in .300 Win. Mag. And another I mounted on my Bushmaster BA-50.

This is my first Kimber rifle. The gun comes from the factory with a 20 MOA steel base, trued up bolt face, and glass bedding. Rings are Leupold Mark IV. They lapped in very quickly. Everything lined up nicely. I'm hoping to get it out to the range by Friday if the weather cooperates. It was windy as hell here today. It will most likely take more than one outing to find a load it really likes. I've always had good luck with the .300 Win. Mag. It almost seems like you have to try to find a load it doesn't like.
