ACR and SCAR

So what is the verdict?

I can't speak for the OP but I have one and I love it. I currently own a POF 415, POF 416, Colt 6940, Colt 6551K, 6520, a CMMG 18in SPR type rifle and a few other parts guns along with the SCAR and with the possible exception of the CMMG the SCAR is the best shooting rifle of them all. I've "felt up" an ACR and I am not impressed in the least. Based entirely on subjective opinion the SCAR is better all around to me. Lighter, easier to use features (the adjustable cheek piece on the ACR is quite cumbersome compared to the SCAR for instance) and all around more comfortable in the hands.

I haven't accuracy tested it, but with a quick 25yd zero I was consistently hitting a steel I-Beam at 500yds with 55gr mil surp ammo out of it using the EOTECH that came on it.
