The general opinion seems to be that they are great kits for the money.

    I have a DelTon Flattop M4 Carbine with a 1-9 twist.
Having put about 500 rounds thru it,I'm happy with it.
I took the carry handle/rear sight off and mounted a Tasco 3-9X on it.The front sight sticks up in front of the scope, but you don't see it in the scope.
With good 52-75 grain bullets,it will average a little less than an inch, for 5 shots at 100 yards, off a bench.
Only problem I've had was the original extractor had a slight burr on the lip and an occasional ejected case would stay in the receiver.DelTon sent me a new extractor free.
The older I get,the better I used to be !!

    I have a 1x9 20" and a 1x7 16" and I love them both. I will be building one more from Del-Ton this year.

    I have a 1/7 16" and can't say anything bad about it.

I built up a Del Ton standard A2 kit for my father in law a few months ago. I have built up a number if kits from different vendors, and I was impressed with its quality compared to the others that I have used in the past. If I was going to build anothre kit I would look into getting a Del Ton.
