who has the cheapest AR lowers in SW PA? Stag, S&W, Spikes, LRB, Territorial Gunsmiths, something quality.

Your asking who has them in stock? The only two place that I know that has/had them in stock are Ace Sporting Goods and Federal Firearms. Ace has/had S&W but they were completely over priced. Something like $250. Federal Firearms had Essential Arms I think but I believe they were around $150 or $180.
It might be better to order one online and have it shipped. Really depends on what you want to do.

IIRC Hakes in york county has 5 at 130ihs (plus or minus 5 dollars) double star and another brand... cnat remember off the top of my head though.

I'm not sure about the absolute prices, but all in all I have found that Ace Sporting Goods in Washington, PA has very good prices. I've been there several times (it's about 60 miles from home) and their gun prices are usually 80-100 less that close in dealers. So , for me, it's worth the trip, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Just bought a new AR (Bushmaster) from them and was very pleased all around.

Bought a S&W M&P15 lower (stripped) at Island Firearms, Neville Island PA for $180.00
