I know whats going on with the anti's and I'm doing my part. I'm a member of the NRA, GOA and PAFOA. I'm doing my part.

Just remember, you can call these rifles "LIFE SAVER RIFLES" and the anti's will still do everything they can to ban them. Words are just words.

Sorry to ruffle feathers.

I'm outta here until friday. Have a good week gentlemen.
Well stated!

It's not the anti-rights folks we need to get on our side. It would be nice, but those folks have their minds made up or have staked a career on anti-rights (such as the Brady Bunch or Carolyn McCarthy).

It's the soccer moms, the middle of the road folks we want on our side as they are the great middle between two ends (both of which have strongly held beliefs).

And, always remember! ONE Aw Shit wipes out FIFTY Attaboys!!
Think about that...

Next? Honestly, they already ARE after them, they just don't say it publicly.

But yes, I know what you mean, this crap ("sniper") just feeds their fire.

Actually, FOX News got it right ( ), as he apparently was a 2001 grad of the U.S. Army Sniper School at Benning. Who'd a thunk it...

So for all the cool guys out there that shoot their guns, and are nice enough to let other people shoot their guns, and who go hunting, or compete, and obey the law, etc...etc., there's always a whack job out there that's willing to f#ck it up for everybody else.

Yep, so true...
But that whack job probably won't screw it up for the rest of us.
It's that systematic and institutional usage of terms by a lot of gun owners that can be, and are, misconstrued by the media and those folks we want on our side.
