No, he probably shot the shit out of it.

Would you take his advice, though?

Certainly not pertaining to anything regarding diet and exercise. He makes Billy Mays look like Jack La Lane! Bill T.

Keep in mind he passed the most demanding selection course our nation has put together, to date. He probably knows a thing or two about diet and exercise...and probably enjoys not running 10 miles a day anymore.

Yeah, and I "know a thing or two" about the Space Shuttle. I'm always leery of people who don't practice what they preach. Especially those who charge for their "preaching". I had a 8th grade gym coach who looked like him. He told us how important it was to "stay fit". He was dead before I graduated high school. Severe arterial sclerosis. He sure as hell sounded good though. Bill T.

Ok, I know I'm kinda slow... But have you seriously just taken a shot at one of the most respected men in his field? He has forgotten more about firearms than you can ever hope to learn in your lifetime.

What is it, that he doesn't practice what he preaches?

Well, when you fly to the moon, I'll consider you worth listening to.

LAV served in spec ops for years and "practiced what he preached", and thus IMO, has earned the right to take it easy, and do as he pleases.

I'm sure even in the shape he's in today, he can still out PT most people on this board, myself included. I'd even put money on it.

Oh, God forbid!!!!!!!!! Jesus Christ ease up! Even Elvis had to take a little heat when he porked out. This guy isn't Pope Benedict for Christ's sake. I promise I'll go to church tomorrow and pray to the prancing pony. Bill T.

That will suffice then. Better than worshiping a snake.
