Default Bluing on my 7.62 ammo safe to shoot?

Hey guys, just picked up another box of Remington UMC 7.62 x 39mm at wal-mart, but unlike my other shiney brass this has a bit of a blueing to it in random waves. I figured you guys would know, is this safe to shoot or a defect? I've never seen ammo other than shiney brass before.

Is the discoloration around the case neck and shoulder?

If that is the case, it is a visual byproduct of the annealing process. The UMC 7.62x39 cases are not fully polished like other cartridges. I know i have about 200 rounds of the stuff

yup it's all on the case. the bullets themselves are all the same color. I just found it odd as I have another 2 packs of 7.62 that dont have this discoloration.
