Does anyone know anything about these rifles?

I have inmy possession two of my FIL rifles and I was wondering if anyone knows more about them. Or has one.

Remington Fieldmaster 572 .22 short, long, LR s/n A172XXXX

and

Winchester Mod 94 32Win-SPl s/n 2278XXX

I don't know about the Remington but the Winchester dates to around 1957 which puts it in the more collectable catagory of the pre 64's. The 32 Special round doesn't have a real strong following. Nothing to set it to much apart form the 30-30 or 35 Rem. performance wise. Ammo is tougher to find.
