ADJUSTABLE M40A1
Doesnt look to bad. I really like the style of the AICS though. I wonder if there is any others out there that are similar to the AIC stock. If anyone has anymore Ideas please post em. By the way I like a little criticism it broadens my spectrums. |

lol, there's that A5 mcmillan stock that I just mentioned to you that's my style. They're VERY tough also and they come with a lifetime warranty.

i checked those horus vision scope reticles, and WOW, ive never even seen reticles like those. to me they look busy you are were saying earlier, ive only ever used the standard crosshair pattern, maybe truplex model here and there, but a scope like that would confuse the hell out of me. but then again im not a long range shooter, sniper, or competitor, so what do i know?

Some reticles are better suited for some things than others, but ALOT of it just has to do with preferences. Some reticles just serve certain purposes or judging distance and hold over better. For people shooting targets at known distances, you can use just about any reticle as long as you know what you need to dial in for the next distance. For hunting or people shooting at unknown distances, it's tricky. What is unique about the Horus reticles is how "busy" they are, allows them to have multiple hold over points and lead ranges. You can also get range finders with exactly the same reticle, so that when the shot misses, the spotter can tell him which spot on the reticle the bullet actually hit, so it makes for a VERY quick adjustment and follow up shot. The horus reticles also comes with a program that you just put in your load data, or multiple load datas, and it will print out "call cards" for each load and tell you which point your bullet will strike what difference, and also wind deflection. Personally, they're a bit too busy for me, but they're quite a noble concept, and I'm sure if you got used to them they would be really awesome.
