Default MAGPUL Pmags

Jus got my Magpul Pmags from AIMsurplus. $0.01 Shipping 1st class mail. They look "Evil." Loaded one right away & capped with impact cover. Planning on testing them on Saturday. Excellent deal @ 17.99 each. I've never been a fan of ploymer mags for my AR (Marine Corps=use GI equipment) but I'm very optimistic about these. Anyone else use these & have input on performance, long term loaded storage, etc?

I know weapon is NOT on safe, HOWEVER bolt is closed on the safety "Cheeto"-Just wanted to point that out before someone started criticizing a Marine for not following "Treat, never, keep, keep!" Mag is empty.

Pmags = Win!

I wanted to stock up and if I hadn't purchased a suppressor I would have. I got one so far, a few more on payday....

I have six or eight of these, all loaded up ready to go. They work wonderfully. I have never had a problem with any of them.

Great purchase!

I want a pair of 20 rounders for CMP and a couple 30 rounders for good measure.

Magpul makes the best p-mags on the market. I have twelve 30 round mags, and have 3 more coming from aim surplus, which BTW has a killer deal going on right now.
I will probably pick up a few more at the Valley Forge Gun Show if the prices are right. You can't go wrong with them, so stock up...

Stubby's has them for $14.95 without the window and I think $15.95 with (he'll see this and correct me if I'm wrong). Just sayin, we have them cheaper local.
I'll be buying at least 10 in the next couple weeks for the AR I'm building.

That aim deal does look pretty sweet! $14.20 for the windowless version with 1cent shipping. I just picked up 4 at the Harrisburg show last week for $15 a piece.

I've had a few problems with the mags themselves and I'm not a fan yet. I think mine might not fill and stack well when slammed-loaded from strippers. I need to check (not sure) but there may have been a problem with old ones, maybe I got old stock.

I love mine. I didn't count the first time i loaded mine and put 31 rounds in and the dust cap wouldn't fit. After some careful counting i realized my error.
