Northern Chester County Sportsmen Club near St. Peters off of Rt. 23. Great place not too many rules. Check out the web page. A monthly meeting is tomorrow night at 8:00 PM.

Oley Valley Fish and Game is 30 minutes from Collegeville. East of Reading

50 yard range open 7 days 9 to dusk

$20 per year if already NRA member, it's a NRA affiliate club, so one has to be or join NRA.

You could stop by to look around and join during the sporting clays events tuesday or wednesday evenings or 2nd and 4th sundays.... See Don Hoffman

I second this. Great range and it would not be too far to go up 422.

PM me and I can give you more details, we'd love to have you with us.

Thumbs up Re: Range near Collegeville to shoot AR 15

Did you join one of these two? I'm in Spring City, so I'm thinking about Northern Chester County Sportsmen's club... as I too need a place to shoot my AR/AK's. Any current members of Northern Chester County Sportsmen's club willing to sponsor me? If so, shoot me a pm.

I think I am going to join Lower Providence Rod & Gun Club. I wanted something close by. I am just wondering on how busy the range will be.

There are usually bays available to shoot on the 100 yard range.
I think half the people there shoot ARs or AKs.

You don't need a sponsor for NCCS. Just show up to the meeting, fill out the application, pay your money, and you're in.

I think I am going to join the Lower Providence Rod and Gun Club next week. Is it *possible to visit the club and check it out. *Once I apply and attend the General Meeting am I able to qualify for the ranges or do I have to wait until I complete the 4 hours of work and attend the next General Meeting. *I was just wondering if it was going to take over a month until I am able to use the club. *
I also was wondering how busy the ranges are in the afternoons. *I am usually done with work in the early afternoon. *I also do not have a sponsor. *I really should have joined at the last Gun Show in Oaks to save the $50.
