Just want to recommend Pistol People in the Northeast Philly, Bristol area. I recently joined there and go at least every friday. Great little range for handguns. Not sure what rifles are allowed. Staff is very knowledgeable and will offer tips to improve yourself. Also, a very basic 15 minute saftey course is given free of charge and is a must if you want to rent from them. Nice selection of used firearms as well, fairly priced.

+1.
The crew up there seem to be good folks and know a lot, and are willing to teach anyone who needs and wants help. They also teach some classes, including the PA Act 235 class. I've been up there a few times to shoot and like the facility. The only reason I shoot at Targetmaster instead of up there is that it is much closer (and I don't have to pay turnpike tolls, too). Steve also knows A LOT about Glocks... if/when I ever have problems with my G27, I'll drive up there and pay him a visit. |
