So if I'm riding around with my kids, and I am armed, they are in violation as well?
What do my kids need to have LTCF too?
He's full of shit
But he's an EXPERT!

The only firearms related class I've ever been to where nothing was said that was completely wrong was Phil Kline's class (GunLawyer001).
Know what you don't know. Rumsfeld can shove it, that is the basic tenant and skill of professionalism.

I wasn't there and don't know if he simply mixed up words or something. But if you are sure about this, I would get his identity and contact his company (if any) or at least his client and point out he is full of shit. We have way too many people out there spouting this garbage.
Very scary, but we are on the same wavelength...
Exactly what I was thinking. Perhaps SIL misheard. I also would like to know who The Expert was.
Re: Car carry, you have LTCF + its your gun, but passenger doesnt have LTCF= ILLEGAL
I was at a driver safety class and the instructor said that once you have a driver's license you can not be a passenger in a vehicle.
To prove it, he had us all take out our PA Driver's License and look at it. DRIVER'S license is printed on it plain as day. It does NOT specify a clearance for being a passenger anywhere. Go ahead and look if you don't believe me.
I know that people do it all the time, but I'm just giving you the heads up - you do NOT want to be caught passengering with only a driver's license.
Re: Car carry, you have LTCF + its your gun, but passenger doesnt have LTCF= ILLEGAL
Can I mail you the $50.00 for my passengers license directly?

Horsepucky..
If I carry on the bus.. does everyone on the bus have to have a LTCF or be in violation?
If I carry into a small shop, does everyone in the shop have to have a LTCF?
