Concealed carry at any of the museums in Philly?

Re: Concealed carry at any of the museums in Philly?
Here are the rules for the Mutter Museum:http://muttermuseum.org/visit/policies/
It says firearms are strictly prohibited, but if you CC they won't know. It's not a federal
building, so you won't get in serious trouble if they did see you CCing. They would most
likely just ask you to leave.
The Art museum also says no firearms, but again, if you CC they won't know. I don't know
if they have metal detectors. Maybe others here can help with that and other museums.

Went to the Art Museum a few years ago. No metal detectors.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art is awesome - except for their No Gun policy...
The Mutter Museum is also anti-gun but neither have metal detectors or pat-downs. Use that info in whatever way you please.

Grand Army of the Republic Civil War Museum and Library is CC friendly.

I've OC'd and CC'd in the PMA. Never knew they were no guns. I love that place.

My girlfriend works at the PMA and I carry in the PMA frequently. If you are CCing all visitor services and security are instructed to leave you alone. Even though the PMA has signs and such... they are just for political purposes. (Their fan base and members are mostly liberal.)
