This gun is a gen 3 I've had a while. It's not my grip, I crush the gun. I changed the extractor, no change. Maybe plunger spring? Anyone have this problem? It's been getting worse.

Did you replace the extractor with another one of the loaded chamber indicator extractors? Because those are the ones that generally throw brass in your face. My OD green gen 3 used to do it, but a few thousand rounds later and its stopped.
Maybe your glock hates you.
I suggest one of these until it's broken in.

It's a feature to sharpen your reflexes.
Do you have a different Glock that you could just swap some parts and try to identify the problem. It's usually going to be the ejector or the extractor. If my memory serves me correctly ejectors that are marked part number 336 (I think) were the culprit for many brass to face issues. Many people replace them with the ejector from the generation four guns which I know for a fact is marked 30274.
I have a g26. I'll swap some parts and see what happens.
Start easy, just the extractor, and see what happens.
