Is there a market for vintage 22 LR Ammo in Pa? or should i just let the kids have at it.
How vintage is it? I have seen boxes of some older 22 ammo protected by plastic wrap and for sale at some shows. The Forks show coming up at Allentown is one of those. There is a cartridge collectors show held each year not too far from you where these would also be of interest.

The keywords to make those rounds more valuable is to add the words "Rare, Collector and Vintage" in any order and don't forget to add "as seen on American Pickers".

Age and condition are everything. Boxes not torn , worn , written on or sticky tags bring top dollar. Cartridges not corroded.
Some guys just want the same boxes they had as a kid.
