I've OCed at the TR in Harrisburg. I LOVE TEXAS ROADHOUSE!
Seriously, a place named TEXAS should never restrict carry.
ha!
Why do people equate Texas with freedom to carry a gun. There are a lot of states with a lot less restrictions.
I'll give them an atta boy for using the death penalty instead of a lifetime of free luxury living at the taxpayers expense.

is Texas Roadhouse the restaurant where you can throw your peanut shells on the floor? if so, I first witnessed this when I was doing some contract work up it CT when my co-worker and I were eating dinner and the waiter explained to us that when done, just toss them on the floor. it was a bit odd to say the least.

Neither one of is a lawyer, I'm assuming, much less a prosecutor. I don't like what he did, as it was under false assumptions, and even if had been a piece of fruit or a stick of gum, it would have still been wrong. Accepting such treatment without correcting those extending it only cements the idea into the head of the public that the arm is always extended for things to land "on the cuff."
