Ins. for home based gun shop

I was born in Erie PA. and now live in Kentucky. My daughter lives in PA and is trying to get a new gun business going. She has jumped through all the hoops that goofy state puts on people and now her biggest problem is with the homeowners ins. They will not let her have ins. with guns on her property. Has any of you had this problem with good ol PA?.. We told her to get out of that god forsaken state and move down her where they like guns and the 2nd. She likes it there and really feels bad about what they are trying to do to her. Any help out there? Thanks. Jim
