Do they still allow you to mail your application or renewal in? Trying to avoid taking a day off work just to get an application turned in.
Seems you can only pick up on Saturdays not drop off.

Mail is gtg. Make sure the form is double sided and also send the other contact form so they can email you when done.Quote:

York county is fast and will do it while you wait but they are swamped so just mail it in. You will get an email within days to come pick it up.
They dont call references but make sure you do use good info in case they do.
Why would you be taking off work? It's a 20 minute drive from RL.
