This is a winnable case, especially since it's based on nullifying a Trump EO, and there are plenty of judges who either hate Trump or respect the split between legislative and executive powers.

Was renewing my LTCF last week and the Sheriff's office had a poster about turning in or destroying your bump stocks on their bulletin board.

Here's what the lawyer that argued today said at ARFCOM, and the thread there.
"Sorry guys. I Argued for about 1 hour. Gov argued for a little bit. I argued again. We left at 457. Started at 3'ish. I really don't have a feel for the result. She asked good questions. She was very engaged. GOA attorney attended. 3 lawyers for gov were present. I brought in some rubber bands and a pony tail holder and said the atf blessed these conversion devices in their final rule. She was very interested in the rubber band bump stock conversion."
