Omg. The gov dont want the people having 2A rights. Going to court without a lawyer you will get run over. Yes its all about the money. The world is a mean nasty rotten place and will chew up the broke man. It aint right. It ain't fair. Nobody cares. Its a mean nasty rotten world. Just is.
One last note. You are lucky. Like mega lottery winning lucky. You skated a 302. Dr had no incentive to not 302.
Wife needs a safe that you can't get into. Or would if you were prohibited.
Get a gun lawyer.

Not to mention, he's one hell of a ballroom dancer.
Re: Spouses issues reclaiming firearms after MY 302
I think we need a separate sub forum for this topic.
Re: Spouses issues reclaiming firearms after MY 302
Just like the other thread involving a PD detective confiscating an LTCF, taking property without proper documentation by a police officer is just stealing, because accountability for that property goes out the window.

I completely agree.... She trusted them to know because they’re supposed to, but not always the case. Just because an officer says it, doesn’t mean it’s right, happens all the time I see.
It’s a shame, by a large majority of our society, there’s way too much “blind trust” placed in what’s basically just another person (who is likely a complete stranger to you) in these moments.
They didn’t need to be taken in the first place, I obviously wasn’t going to be there. They had time.
