Pike county SBR with greencard?

I'm a greencard holder (Aussie citizen)...
Did 8 years in the US Army; 4 years active - the rest was reserve.
I have a LTCW issued by the Pike County Sheriff's office;
Question is, can I fill out a Form 1 and apply for an SBR and not be a citizen?
Or another question, can I have an attorney create a trust and then apply for the tax-stamp for an SBR as a greencard holder?
Any lawyers in the house?

P.S. Anyone in Pike have any luck getting Sheriff Bueki to sign off on a silencer?

talk to joe at keystone arms. from what he told me when i was discussing silencers and SBRs with him he is anti silencer. Joe did offer to help me with any paperwork if I wanted to do it. He would probably be your best bet as far as an information source goes.
