Fully agree with that. Daily shootings there. Drive about four miles up Germantown Avenue and Chestnut Hill is totally different.

Nice, Philly? Guess it depends on your standards.....
Re: Philly Gun Permit Office Closed
I would get a lawyer. Closing for a month is probably unacceptable. They need to temporarily open a office to cover for that time. But I know many on this site will say it is too expensive or don't want to cause any problems. So with Philly when you keep your mouth shut you get nothing. There was a county in PA when the Sheriff resigned that nobody would issue permits. They all claimed there was no Sheriff. So someone with the balls to go to an attorney went and filed an action and guess what? They won and issued right away.

Yes, nice. If you've never looked around down here, you would be surprised what we have.
Re: Philly Gun Permit Office Closed
I despise the City. If there were a philly resident who wanted to hire a lawyer, from here on the board, to take this to court I would chip in $100.

660 East Erie Avenue in the Juniata/Feltonville section of the city. Between "D" and "G" Streets.
The police warehouse is there and it's the former HQ of the Highway Patrol.
It is almost the geographic center of the city and parking should be easier.
The SPCA is up the street for those dropping off or adopting a dog

Isn't that right near the police pistol range?
