Public places to hunt in Lancaster?
Anyone know of some places to hunt deer in Lancaster that would be open to the public? I spent a little bit of time in SGL 136 last year and didn't go very far in but it didn't really seem like a great piece of land. I was looking at Susquehannock State Park, but apparently it isn't open to hunting?
Any ideas?

Thanks for the links!!
ETA: I see in the county parks link they restrict hunting to shotgun, muzzleloader, & archery. Do the SGLs have the same restrictions? I looked in the 2011-2012 hunter's guide and it didn't say anything about this region having special regulations, unlike to the east of us.

The game lands at Norman Wood bridge down rte 372 passed Muddy Run use to be a great place to hunt deer. It's been years since I have gone out though. I'll try to find the number

Only SGL 43 over in Chester county is special regs, all of Lancaster is rifle country (except the county parks)

The area around the Peco facility at Muddy Run is called sgl 423 in the hunting digest. It is in the section about youth hunt stocking areas. It is not listed on any maps but we saw quite a few deer hunters there last year.
It is right near the state park. Not in the special regs area so you can not use a semi auto shotgun for deer, but I believe you are allowed to use a rifle (there was an old guy there last year with a 30-06).
Good luck
