Remington just got it right- the new 13" non-NFA V3 TAC-13 Semi-Auto. The only thing I don't like is the price- $915 (msrp).
Why get one?
Because.

When I was a kid, the only "cool" weapon I had access to was an 18 1/2" Mossberg 500 with a pistol grip. Pistol grips were a rare thing to see back in the 80's. It was the first shotgun I ever fired and I learned how to shoot it off the hip, which is probably why I can't stand the enormously long stocks most people have on their shotguns. I don't know how to use them properly and don't care to.
The lady in the above article is doing it differently than I was taught; I learned to keep my elbow tight against my hip and lean into it a bit. I usually only shot low brass, but I did on occasion (usually when taunted) bust my wrist (and mainly the web between finger and thumb). I like the strap, but without shooting it yet, I couldn't say if it would help or hinder recoil. I think it is there to keep one's hand from migrating too far forward while shooting rapidly.
Oh, this one is an autoloader!
I like that.
Never gonna buy one, but I like it.

The price will come down just like it did on the tac-14, Remington needs money.
Recoil is going to be a lot tammer out of these compared to the pump versions.
I saw this on Tanners Facebook post yesterday. I like it but the price will have to drop 30% before I'd consider buying.
but does it fire mini shells?!
i looked up all of remingtons semi shotgun prices.
might as well buy a benelli for what these pricks want now
OR buy a saiga or clone, strip it and build a micro version on a fresh receiver .
When you start cutting Saigas they don5 run well takes a lot of work. Which is saying something for a saiga
