It looks like you have a few options. I have Service Electric Cable internet only for $64.95/month for 25 MPBS, their cheapest plan. It works for me but I am not gaming on it. I had Verizon at my previous residence and it was OK but more expensive.

I think it will be dependent on exactly where the house is.

I use Comcast.net YMMV. It works very well for our family.
FCC jurisdictions basically create a monopoly. In Kutztown, I'm pretty sure your only choice is Service Electric or Direct TV/Dish. Satellite is a little sketchy for Internet service though. A friend of mine in Kutztown has a Service Electric Internet only package for something like $50, as another member posted, uses an OTA antenna for locals, and a Roku or FireStick for Netflix, etc.
You could get Verizon, but as another member said, it's horrible because there is no FIOS in Berks County, and you would be stuck with DSL speeds. Another example of the local FCC governing body holding back technology.
Service Electic was the first cable company in the US, founded by a Skook.
They are a great company with good customer service. They support the local communities, unlike Commiecast and Verizon who support community organizers.
It doesn't look like Comcast is in the running at all up there and as ggbhi said, it looks like location will determine what is available, I never saw such an array before. I had FIOS in the tip of Berks on the north side of the Schuylkill River but they're not an option on the south side of it. Those who have Windstream over here don't speak fondly of it but I can't understand why they don't switch to Service Electric Cable.
Thanks guys. I'm coming from NY where there is no real choice. Just another reason to be happy I'm leaving New Yorkistan.
Depending on where you are in PA there is not always a choice and where there is one it really is a narrow field. We generally have one phone company and one cable company providing the service to any given area. The only reason that it looks like there are a lot of options in Kutztown is because the areas are cut up into pieces rather than it being one whole pie.
