DelCo Sponsor of Gun Registration HB 768

If this is posted elsewhere on here, then this redundancy is worth it. The bill, HB 768, proposes what may be un-Constitutional registration of all firearms. As we know, registration is a necessary step to full confiscation, the ultimate goal off the modern Democratic Party.
