How is this any different than being put on a no fly list with no judicial support or justification?
You keep your rights until a judge says otherwise and with due cause and not just the whim of some bureacrat or snarky lawyer.

Absolutely.
Thankfully, I have no experience with the PFA process as I live a drama-free existance. It sounds like pretty standard procedure as a legal tool during a divorce.
How often is a PFA a bargaining tactic when she wants the BMW free and clear?
I'm more extreme than most of you with firearms rights. The only time you should lose them is while you are in prison after being found guilty of a crime. Other than that, I don't care who has what (even criminals). The right to a firearm should be not different than the right to any other small metal tool or device.
