Don't wait - BUILD!!!
I'm so damned happy with how it turned out. It's a freakin' 30 cal PDW!!!
It's so light, slim, and handy - like an MP5 that was exposed to an overdose of gamma radiation! (You wouldn't like me when I'm angry. LOL!)

I read your other thread and I must say that I was quite impressed and a bit inspired to try it myself.

Nothing sexy like those above^
My Franken build .458 Socom 18" barrel. I'm most tickled with the "Fortis Switch" handrail. *Now if I can get it to be more than a single shot rifle.

I need some help (opinions). I love some of the rifles you guys have that are painted in camo patterns. I’ve got no trouble coming up with leaves, sticks, etc., to make the patterns, but I’m having a tough time taking brand new, and perfectly good, Aero Precision upper, lower, and hand guard and hitting them with spray paint.
Should I just suck it up and have some fun with a rattle can, or build a Plain old FDE rifle?

The rattle can paint can be removed if your not I to it down the line. There are a few good online tutorials on how to do it if you need pointers.
If you really want to get it perfect think about sending off to EFR for one of their professional jobs.

LOL!
I'm in the same boat. I have a rifle that I WANT to paint, but it's so hard to spray paint a brand new gun.
As for cammo, I'm thinking about buying a TOY gun to practice on before spraying my AR.
Re: Post your AR with pictures here!
I will spray my gun when the time comes that I need a camo rifle to help me avoid detection by my enemies. Until then, it's going to be color it was when I got it.
