I'm thinking about doing a little different design on that jig. With it being so cold in the workshop, the printer has a difficult time printing tall vertical prints. They have a tendency to delaminate during printing. The part that's upright, I can design it to have a couple of recessed screws on the top holding the vertical pieces in place. Then remove the vertical pieces from the top and lay them flat so they can be printed with more strength.
This might also work if once of the pieces gets screwed up, it could just be swapped out for a fresh piece without ruining the entire jig. just a thought.
That model also includes a depth and width gauge that I don't know if anyone that has a jig has or not. But that would also be great to have to make sure your milling is deep enough. I'll get to work on modifying that model later this week after I get my server back online. I'll probably print them in ABS so that they can be smoothed after printing.
