Good Dealer for Handgun Transfers in Westmoreland County

Hello All,

I'm looking to do a handgun trade with another fellow and need to find a local shop to do the transfer. Does anyone have any suggestions or recomendations in the Westmoreland county area?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
