I am from Ohio trying to apply for a PA liscese, the fee shows $25.00 and the application which I downloaded shows an $11.00 application fee. Do I just send a check for $36.00 to cover all or do I have to send 2 checks which I'm not sure even who to send the 25 to? Please help. One last question will they send the liscense to you or do you have to pick it up in person?

You can send one check to the Sheriff's Dept where you are applying. In the case of Centre Co., it would be made out to Centre Co. Sheriff Dept. For a non-resident LTCF it will be sent (mailed) to you.
Thanks alot from both you guys, I had downloaded from Warren's web page and it was not as user friendly as Centre's. I appreciate your help.
