Best way to carry as non resident in Delaware
Hey all.
I just got my PA LTCF. I'm wondering what's the best way to be permitted to carry in Delaware as a non resident? Is it with a Florida non resident permit? Any advice on how to best approach it, such as required courses, instructors, etc. Is appreciated.
Thanks

Utah and/or Arizona permits work in Delaware. I got mine through Legal Heat who held a class at Cabela’s.

Utah non res permit. Double action shooting range in yeadon has a class ran by a guy named Todd every other month or so. $125 for the course. Another $67 for the permit. Good for 5 years.

Arizona, it's cheaper, they accept more training courses, and they ship your permit faster. When I initially applied I got it in under 2 weeks, When I reapplied earlier this year I got my permit in under 3 weeks.

Thanks for the advice so far. I'm learning a lot reading the threads in this forum.

Florida Out of State Permit.
I'm a certified instructor for them. Send me an email if you're interested.

Are there specific restrictions on oc in Delaware like where and how? If so I would post them when pointing out oc is legal there. Also how does LE react in general to oc. This way we do not set up a normally law abiding citizen for failure.
