Can you share the cost of printing there? Just curious because the UPS store I went to in Oakland was seriously, $80 for the first card.

I had two cards done in May for my most recent purchase and the price was $40 out the door.

You can also try the county prison. Here in Centre Co. the prison will do finger prints (scanned no ink) for $20 (check or MO, cash is contraband inside the doors). When I had some done, I supplied the cards and the officer asked me how many I wanted done, I asked for 10 sets printed (20 cards) and he told me he'd do as many as I wanted as long as I had the cards.

Calling the Allegheny County Sheriff, Pittsburgh Police, and Shaler Police. I found none of them do fingerprints however one recomended the following service
https://pghfingerprinting.com
He is a retired LEO who has a business doing fingerprints.
When I have the time I'm going to try pghfingerprinting first if not Ill probably go to The UPS on McKinght because its close.

$7 ink pad off amazon and the ATF will send you all the cards you want for free and you can roll your own. Think of it like making them spend your $200 on cards and postage. Screw it up or dont like it, throw it away and grab a new card off the stack.

Is there a reason you don't want to do your own? Seems like it would be a lot less hassle

Yep. Make two sets (or three) and send them all in. You can do that right?
Re: NFA Pittsburgh Fingerprints, CLEO Notification, & Engraving.
The last time I needed a fingerprint paper I had it done at the Westmoreland County PSP. I think it was free....or maybe a nominal cost of $10.
