If you have chronic anything, cronic will be your savior.
I'm going to disagree. Even though I agree that line can be pretty subjective and grey, I don't think it will be taken advantage of.
When PA passed medical marijuana, it was one of the most, if not THE most, most strict bill so far. they even took out glaucoma, spinal cord disease, hiv, and Chron's disease, and Glaucoma is even the poster child disease for medicinal marijuana. and then the no smoking/vaping etc rules.
I would find it hard to believe that they made it as strict as they did, just to leave one grey area to get everyone through. If that line means that anyone who cries because their vagina hurts can get medicinal marijuana, then why bother cutting it off to the people with the above mentioned conditions

I believe there was a case in Colo where it was ruled by court, don't remember which, that having the 'license' or whatever term Colo uses was enough to disqualify one from firearms.

I don't think so. This is straight from the source. Granted I didn't read the entire deal, but here is the list:

What is a “serious medical condition” under the Act?
The Act defines a “serious medical condition” as any one of the following:
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.
Autism.
Cancer.
Crohn’s Disease.
Damage to the nervous tissue of the spinal cord with objective neurological indication of intractable spasticity.
Epilepsy.
Glaucoma.
HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) / AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome).
Huntington’s Disease.
Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
Intractable Seizures.
Multiple Sclerosis.
Neuropathies.
Parkinson’s Disease.
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.
Severe chronic or intractable pain of neuropathic origin or severe chronic or intractable pain in which conventional therapeutic intervention and opiate therapy is contraindicated or ineffective.
Sickle Cell Anemia.
Seems most anyone with a little history of anything and perhaps some doctor shopping can get MM.
Re: Medical marijuana and license to carry
I see multitudes of drivers being pulled over for other reasons and being charged driving while impaired. And users Lying on their 4473 saying they do not indulge, and getting caught ! And also losing their LTCFs,Is it worth it for a little high,i dont think so,JMO !I myself believe their are serious uses for this drug as in cancer patients and the like. Extra Tylenol works for me !
Re: Medical marijuana and license to carry
The reality is (to me) the feds need to stop fucking with people's lives. Mary Jane has no business being a controlled substance, nor most anything else people want to put into their bodies. But since most people are more interested with Russians nothing will ever change.

I could of sworn the original bill had those conditions amended off at the last minute. I must be mistaken.

Re: Medical marijuana and license to carry
So if you have a prescription for a CLASS III opioid you are good to go
But a prescription for MM disqualifies you for having a LTCF?
I don't use for a multiple of reasons.. but the fact that having a MM card disqualifies one from having a LTCF is asinine at best

Complain to the FEDS. They're still stuck in the 60's.
