Anyone in PA that does AK Work?

Im thinking about turning my polish underfolder AK into a SBR. Or, at the very least replacing my non-chrome lined 16" barrel for another 16" barrel that is chrome lined.

Does anyone know of someone that is well experienced with AK smithign in central or western PA?

Theres nothing wrong with a non chrome barrel youll probaly run out of money before you shoot it out. as far as making it a sbr you must have the paperwork in hand before work can start.
