Shops with Good Powder Supplies?

Hello Pittsburgh Region! Over the holidays, I'd really love to get my hands on some of the new IMR4451 powder from Hodgdon. My closest LGS hasn't had any in yet and don't know if they'll get any. I know it's available online, but I'm not interested in paying the hazmat fees for shipping since I only want 1lb for testing. Anyone have recommendations on local shops that stock reloading supplies as a "primary" sale and might have some in stock? I'm willing to travel pretty much anywhere in Butler, Beaver, and Allegheny Co. or some of the closer-to-me sections of Lawrence, Armstrong, and Washington Cos if the shop is a good shop with other things to see too (I'm also kinda in the market for a used lever action in .35Rem).
