I have yet to find a box of ammo i am looking for there. Every time we head up there for my son at PSU, we will stop in but never yet have we found anything. I don't know why.
Is any .22 or .223 ammo showing up at WalMart? I haven't seen any, just wanted to know if anyone was lucky enough to see some on the shelf. Are they getting any in?
Was just there a few hours ago. The entire left side was bare, except for a couple of .40 cal. boxes. NO 9mm.
They do keep bringing these ammo... I was able to buy 8 boxes winchester .22 lr ammo last time. Those ammo run out very fast....
How about you stop supporting Walmart and support the little Business. Why would u want to buy ammo at Walmart anyway. They make millions oready. Go to your local gun shops and maybe you find ammo like I did.
N. Atherton Walmart has had a few boxes of .40 S&W sporadically about once or twice a week I've noticed. I saw like 5 boxes there the middle of last week. Bought 4 myself about 2 weeks ago. It seems like they get it in in small quantities at random intervals. It doesn't stay on the shelf long.
Basically, unless you want to travel out of town for >10 miles, you get 4 options in State College: order online, at North Atherton Walmart, at Benner Pike Walmart, or at Dick's Sporting Goods. In a strict sense of the word "local", there isn't really a LGS in State College.... :(
