Sellersville Moose anti-gun, anti-OC
This was my first negative OC encounter. It happened at the Sellersville Moose where my uncle was having his surprise 60th birthday party, and I was asked by my Aunt to be the photographer for the evening. If you don't know what a Moose is, it's sort of similar to a VFW.
Everything was going fine at first. I started setting up all my equipment and taking some test shots, when someone from the Moose started walking over in my direction. I thought he was going to walk past me so I tried to get out of his way, but when he followed, I knew exactly what it was going to be about.
Here's how the short conversation went as soon as he approached me:
Him: Get the gun out of the building now!
me: Ok.
Him: Do you have a license?
Me: Yes, I do.
Him: Ok well, get the gun out of the building now!
Me: No problem.
This guy had such a condescending tone, that I just wanted to so badly tell him to piss off and that I would be leaving, but since it was my uncles 60th birthday and I was the photographer, I had to stick it out, so I secured my firearm in my vehicle against my better judgment.
Before I could even try and educate him of the laws in PA, he walked away.

Exactly why I let all my vet club memberships expire, they are the same way....
My gun is not welcome, neither am I..........

Yeah, but their monthly breakfast buffet is awesome. They even have a separate bin for extra crispy bacon. Mmmmmmm burnt bacon.
By the way my local Legion only asks that you unload while inside their building. No big deal I guess. Fair trade for cheap beer.:)

Yeah, thats pretty standard for moose lodges. In mine, I just CC. If found out they will just ask me to put it in the car.

Well, you know that Moose lodges are "family" establishments. It's pretty strange that you can't carry there, but they have turkey shoots, at least where I was a member.
