Emmaus High Rifle Team Appreciation Party

regarding the omission of the championship-winning Emmaus High School Rifle Team from any mention in their yearbook, I'd like to gauge interest among PAFOA'rs for hosting a pizza party to honor their achievements.

I used to live in Lower Mac and am familiar with the area. However I don't have my finger on the pulse on what venues would be willing to accomodate this event.

Ideally, I would like to have us OC at an establishment while giving the kids some kind of recognition. And have the Morning Call cover the event.

Would any of you current locals be willing to make some inquiries? It could be the bowling alley or some pizzeria in town (but I forget the names!).

I'm in for $50 towards the tab...anybody else?

ETA: It would be great if PAFOA, from here on out, were to recognize the State Champs from whatever the town, on an annual basis. We could even arrange some sort of scholarship fund of say $500. It would be great publicity for us and a positive reinforcement for the next generation of skilled shooters.
