Backwoods Outfitters in Columbia charges 10% or 40.00 whichever is greater. They will also buy outright at 2/3 retail value if you need the money right away. They seem to have a good turn over of consignment guns and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Just a nice old school mom and pop operation.
