small game/upland hunting in Southeastern PA

Greetings all,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good spots for small game hunting around Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Specifically rabbit and pheasant. I really am also looking for any spots to run my beagle for training as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated, especially for training spots even if they aren't huntable. Thanks in advance!
