Just got a NIB replacement from Taurus... What to do with it?
I posted my experience with my TCP on another thread a few weeks ago, and rather than hijacking that thread, I figured I would start a new one.
Long story short, after 2 trips back to the mothership for FTE issues, my TCP was working well for about 9 months. Trying to get it working was not fun, and required a dozen unpleasnt trips to the range, and about 600 rounds of pricey 380 auto ammo (I spent almost as much on ammo trying to get it to cycle properly as I did on the gun).
After all this, The slide rail on the frame split in 2. So it went back again, and after 2 or 3 weeks I got a call last week saying that it was beyond repair and they were sending a NEW replacement.
During this time, I went out and bought a Kahr CM9 and I love it. It fills all the roles that I had the TCP for, and while not being quite as small, it works well. There are still a few situations where the tiny TCP would be helpful but its primary purpose (carry at work) is no longer an issue.
My question to all of you is, What do you think i should do with it?
Do i start shooting it and hope I did not get another lemon? Do I sell it and fund something else? I would like to have a little 380 as a BUG or for occasional carry, but I'm not sure if I want to give the TCP another chance...
What do you guys think?

Honestly? For the money you spent on the gun, you could have bought a few Keltecs. Yeah, they're ugly, but I've heard nothing but good things about them. I've shot them, and they suck to shoot, but they never jammed, either.
I've heard nothing but bad stuff about the TCP. I've never shot one, though, so you can take what I say with a grain of salt. I'd sell it, and use the money towards something better.

I'd sell the TCP and keep the CM9. If you want something even smaller than the CM9 pick up a P380 or even an LCP. A CM9 and a P380 would look good together.

Just give it to me. I'll pay for the transferwork.

Trade it for an LCP. That's my 2 cents.

You could try throwing it at the target.
;)

If you want a small .380 to have when the situation calls for it... snag a Kel Tec P3AT. It's tiny, it's ugly but it's going to go bang when you need it to. And the price is right.

Sell it while its still worth some money, i.e. NIB

Even better, trade that TCP in for a Ruger LCP, and worry no more.
