Re: Chief Mark Kessler Constitution Security Force 1st Meeting
What did you guys think of the first lawyer to speak and his statement that "the constitution has to evolve"? Then when he was challenged, he resorted to the old "I've been doing this for xx years", as if that somehow makes all his statements more valid than anyone else's. I try not to judge people without getting to know them better, but he seemed like an ass to me.

he knows from experience on the law side if anyone would know it would be him as much as it sucks for us all if you listened to what he said with no judgement it did all make since
Re: Chief Mark Kessler Constitution Security Force 1st Meeting
The U.S. Constitution, and the Pennsylvania Constitution, are both contracts. As such, they cannot "evolve," but can only be amended with The People's consent.
