Saw that today. At least hes still alive to suffer for what ever life he has left.
Something like 40 years? That's a remarkable solve and good to hear that they finally got him.

Its great he’s finally caught but he got to continue his sick rampage for a good part of his life - looks like he’s not too far from his end so he gets off easy. That sucks

Just remember, when you submit your DNA to those ancestry sites, you lose all 4th amendment protections. The question now is, can DeAngelo get that information quashed because of the method of which they did the matching.Quote:

From there, they narrowed it down to the Sacramento-area grandfather using DNA obtained from material he'd discarded, Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert said.
